Repeated manual handling of cartons created an awkward lifting task at the workstation, with loads moving between different working heights.
LiftRite installed a vacuum box-lifting system at the customer site. The articulated lifting arm and purpose-selected suction head allow the operator to grip, raise and position the carton with controlled movement.
The installed system provides a controlled, repeatable way to move cartons while reducing dependence on manual lifting.
