LiftRite develops bespoke lifting solutions in Ireland when a standard product cannot safely grip, move or position the load. We combine proven lifting equipment with application-specific tooling, supports and controls to solve the complete handling task.
The difficulty is often not the load weight. It may be an unusual shape, a delicate surface, limited access, an offset centre of gravity or a requirement to rotate and place the item precisely. Hygiene, cleanroom conditions, aisle width and integration with existing machinery can also rule out a standard unit.
LiftRite starts with the movement: what is being handled, where it begins, how it must travel and the exact final position. We then assess the most suitable base machine, gripping method, materials and controls.
A bespoke solution does not always mean designing every component from zero. By adapting proven equipment from our design solutions range, LiftRite can focus engineering effort on the interface and movement that make the application unique.
Our Project Spotlights show the range of approaches available: a stainless steel jib crane with drum gripper, a controlled data centre lifter, an installed scissor lift table and a bespoke reel handling system. Customer identities are not required to explain the engineering challenge or outcome.
